Materials and Performance
- The skin of truck body panels is made with weather-resistant and waterproof FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) sheets, providing excellent aging resistance and surface strength, ensuring long-term durability and appearance under various climatic conditions.
- The core material consists of closed-cell rigid thermal insulation foam with a low thermal conductivity coefficient, delivering outstanding insulation performance and energy efficiency. Depending on specific requirements, the core can be XPS (Extruded Polystyrene), PU (Polyurethane), or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), balancing lightweight construction with structural strength.
- During production, the FRP skins and foam core are bonded with low-temperature-resistant adhesive and laminated under vacuum conditions, achieving high structural integrity, superior airtightness, and reliable thermal insulation.
- Features: XPS foam is known for high moisture resistance, consistent thermal performance, and durability.
- Features: Polyurethane foam offers excellent thermal insulation properties, is lightweight, and has good structural integrity.
